That's the possibility that I'm trying to share with uiCK. I can't say that for certain but it seems like the most likely scenario that that it's the contract itself (dollar figures) that would be upheld and not all the other miscellaneous benefits that are generally outlined in the CBA. It just seems like common sense protection by the owners to ensure that the contracts that are given out have the conditions linked to the CBA.
