I think Griff is a lock with his size and first pass. The Russians love to employ that puck-pressure style, so his composure comes in handy too.

As for Pelech, I love his chances- I think that he brings sorely needed size and grit to this defensive corps, and is willing to block a shot- and is good at it too. Canada chooses based on chemistry too, and Adam's a character guy who will know what his role will be. Watch him shine in camp with the other quality players there...I like him as the seventh d-man.
