I've seen plenty of phones with cracked screens on the outside that function just fine... but mine has somehow cracked on the inside, rendering it completely useless. It's still on, but I have no access to my contacts or text messages or anything of that variety.

The really bad part is, I'm pretty sure the warranty doesn't cover that, and I'm out the cost of the phone...
