I'm doing 20 work / 40 rest for 15 minutes. I'll try 30/30 next time.

Do you guys find it helps with your wind on the ice? That's my severe limiting factor. Start breathing hard, start coughing, blood drops from my brain, and I get lightheaded and have to sit.

Really watching my diet and cutting booze too so hopefully that with the workouts and eventually I'll drop the 30 pounds I need.
