So.
Soccer superstar Zlatan Ibrahimović, both his parents aren't swedish but he was born in Sweden and I guess everybody in Sweden takes him as a Swede and as their national treasure.
In my opinion Barkov is as Finnish as Ibrahimovic is Swedish.
