The last time a 19 year old first overall forward played in the tournament, it did not end up with his team winning and that player was Alexander Ovechkin, who was developmentally a man child after 3.5 seasons playing against men in Russia.

As Canadians lets not get overly excited here or set the bar too high for RNH. In the last lockout, the highest scorer in the tournament had 13 points on that stacked Canadian team. Ovechkin had 11.
