I don't know if from what I've read that all tix will be free. I believe it is just ticket holders. Otherwise random people will have to purchase tickets. But the free parking they are offering is nice.

See the link in the SJSharks thread. After Sharks and Bulls STH get their tix, any remaining tickets are free to the public via Tickemaster.
