Should prospects riding hot streak in minors be called up??

Before posting don't say we don't have place for them as this post is intended for general discussen regarding young prospects playing in AHL, I for one am against bringing prospects like Balez, Higgins and Perezhogin just yet, ya it seems attracting at first but after looking at how Ryder has developed in minors I'm more confident that they'll get better there then coming over here without mastering and becoming complete players, I see many posters getting impatient every time any prospect is going on hot streak to bring him over but I ask why as every time we have done it it hasn't worked out. Best scenario for any prospect to make pro roster is in training camp, and we will have many spots opening up next year so I'm sure deserving prospects will earn their regular spots, so stop threards like management is wasting young talent in minors because thats the best place prospects can become dominant and earn much needed confidence and experience before coming over to big show, and as you know we need high end talent not the fourth liners we used to get for last five years, and remember this incomplete prospects who even has high potential is still fourth liner if he hasn't mastered his game.
