That'd be interesting. I've been intrigued by Everson since the day he was drafted. He seemed like dropped quite a bit on draft day, compared to where he was slated to go and all the accolades he had received during his final year in the Minny high school hockey.
This is purely speculation, and I'm honestly judging this from his interviews, but he seemed like a real dick, and I think that's part of the reason he dropped. If the plagiarism thing is true, then it further solidifies my belief that people didn't like his character. The only explanation I have for Burke drafting him despite the character is that he's an Edina HS boy  Burke loves his guys from Edina. |
From his draft day interviews he seemed like a harmless and shy kid to me. I didn't think he came off like a dick at all.
