Gotta say Winnipeg has two underrated gems in the WHL.

First is Adam Lowry. Captain of his team, fights scores, and is just an all around solid player. Skating is still meh, but at 6'5" his stride is always going to be a little lopey. If his skating does improve I'd actually say he'd have second line upside.

Second is Zach Yuen, plays a very solid defensive game so he doesn't get a lot of recognition, but his upside is there. His defensive game and skating mobility are extremely high. He's got a lot of offensive tools, just hasn't put up the points. Regardless I'm fine with a defenseman that plays D first and has superb skating.
