Id say no from an Oilers POV just because it doesnt help them soon, actually puts their plans back a bit.

Yak and Klefbom are likely to step in next season. Yak will have a year in the KHL for experience, Klefbom a few years being the top D man in his SEL club. They could have a good impact with the club next year.

Hamilton may be good, but if he even makes the NHL next year, he will just be tasting the mens league and will likely struggle, and the last thing we need is a struggling defender on the blue line (Also im not that high on Dougie ). The 1st also likely wont be an impact, and even if Subban turns out as good as Price, it will still be a few years atleast before he comes in and makes an impact.
