Based on Ottawa's insanely bipolar weather, I highly doubt we'll see regularly running ODRs before January 1st.
EDIT: It's 4 degrees right now....and we won't have consistent freezing temperatures before the 25th/26th...takes at least a week or two to get a rink fully operational with decent ice...we're looking at January 5th or so I'd say. If not later.
Once again, Ottawa remains a cursed desolate place.
