Team USA would appeal. My point was the games he missed while at the tourney would not count towards the suspension.

I also believe if BM felt the tourney was best for Noesen (doubtful after the Zibby incident) he could use the fact the CHL/NHL agreement is off since it was tied to the CBA and could call him up to the AHL then ship him off to Team USA.
