Norway promoted to the top tier & France or Austria will be relegated to Division I - Group B depending on the result tonight.
Poland, Italy, Kazakhstan and Ukraine can all get promoted to Division I - Group A depending on results. Croatia are relegated to Division II - Group A.
Japan promoted to Division I - Group B and Spain are relegated to Division II - Group B.
