I agree, especially with the bolded part.

I would go with:

Pacioretty – Plekanec - Cole
Galchenyuk – Desharnais – Bourque (Desharnais can jump start Bourque)
Moen – Eller – Gionta (a very solid shutdown line – a lot of even strength minutes)
Prust – Nokelainen – White (a much needed right handed faceoffs specialist)

Three concerns regarding this lineup:

1) If after 10 games Galchenyuk is showing clear signs of not being ready, just send him back in the juniors and tell him: see you soon.

2) If Eller wants to thrive as a two ways center, he needs to get better in the face-offs circle. When Lapierre and Chipchura were fighting for the same spot (checking line center), Carbonneau, one of the best checking line center who ever played the game imo, mentioned that if you want to thrive as a NHL checking line/two ways center, you need to do more than average in the face-offs circle.
