Tip of the day and it's one that's worth more than it seems.

Drink water.

It's winter, days are short, nights are long, the air is dry and the wind is cold.
I neglected to drink much water and went on a self indulgent diet since I finished with classes last Tuesday and in a week, I've managed to dehydrate myself to the point where nothing is functioning right and I'm sore and feeling ill and to make matters worse, I had a cup of Starbucks coffee and I didn't get any shut eye because the coffee completely destroyed me in my dehydrated state.
