You can't spot reduce fat. Lots of guys lose fat in their bellies last, it sucks but that's the way it is. Once your body needs it and there's nothing else to burn, it will start burning your stomach fat. Just be patient and keep at it. Try HIIT to shock it, IMO HIIT is the best way to lose fat.
