I used one in my old apartment, but have no room for it in my new one. I basically did a comfortable 5 minutes warmup then the normal tabata protocol (20/10, 8 rounds), then 5 mins cool down.
Kills legs and should improve anaerob capacity (you tend to die after 5-6 rounds lol), but tbh I actually feel fitter on the ice if I do my tabata workouts with kettlebell snatches.
