As for the losing fat, if all you eat is one double cheeseburger a day, then you're eating less than 1000 calories a day, so ya, you'll lose fat. However you'll be very unhealthy and also die young.
Really, I don't think you should try to argue otherwise. You're not making yourself sound like the smartest cat right now.
What, are you not familiar with Michael Phelps' 12,000 calorie a day diet?
