I could swear we have been down this road before..

The food you put in your mouths is 80% of what your body is going to look like. 15% is exercise, and the final 5% is our genetics.

You guys want a good strong core? Do planks. You want a visible six pack? Stop eating crap and do planks.

See this guy here? Al Kavadlo? He doesn't lift weights either. Body weight exercises only, and eats almost the exact same diet as I do.
