I could swear we have been down this road before..
The food you put in your mouths is 80% of what your body is going to look like. 15% is exercise, and the final 5% is our genetics.
You guys want a good strong core? Do planks. You want a visible six pack? Stop eating crap and do planks.

He doesn't lift weights either. Body weight exercises only, and eats almost the exact same diet as I do.
