Out of all the Pittsburgh teams in the past, the Bylsma/Tomlin way of coaching where they accept all responsibility has killed us. There is ZERO accountability game to game between both teams. The coaches just say "That's on me" at the end and the players maintain their positive atmosphere. At least under MT/Cowher the players had a burden on their shoulders each time they messed up.
I thought I loved Tomlin's way of coaching and it's really run it's course. I haven't seen a great coaching move by him for a long time.
