I thought I loved Tomlin's way of coaching and it's really run it's course. I haven't seen a great coaching move by him for a long time.
I'm clearly on page with this.
Both coaches walked into goldmines and have not figured out how to keep the supply coming. With obstructions there's only solutions, and they've failed more than they have progressed.
As I watch Tomlin take full responsibility.
