Took my cell phone that I've had for less then year to Telus to get the multiple issues fixed. The battery life is maybe a few hours, plus it's laggy, and nobody can hear me when talking. They sent it in for repairs. I picked it up yesterday. They ordered me the wrong replacement battery, updated the OS (which is refreshing) but still no one can hear me. Now I gotta go back and have it sent away again. What really bugs me is the fact that the phone works fine when I'm in the store trying to prove to them it's pooched. Worst possible time of year.
