Ugh, Purolator is seriously the worst company ever.

I can't get a straight answer from them about anything. Everything was supposed to be ready for pickup today but they went ahead and put one of the packages on a truck for delivery which isn't offered in my area... so that one won't be available till Thursday and the rest of my packages haven't been updated in days, no one has a clue where they are.

So it looks like everything will be left at a gas station for me to pick up... Seriously never use Purolator, they're terrible.

edit: and now I just got a reply from an email I sent a week ago (they said they will reply in 48 hours) saying everything is going to be delivered today... which it clearly will not. These people suck.

edit2: aaaaand they gave me the wrong reference number for my case... I feel like pulling my hair out.
