Except this teams' success is more than Luck, and Grigson basically lit a match on the Manning-era Colts(with two big exceptions) and rebuilt from scratch. Offensively, Luck isn't the only rookie making big contributions, hell aside from Wayne and the o-line it's all rookies and they're making plays every week. Defensively there was a ton of changes, with a lot of his pick-ups(especially Freeman, Vaughn, Butler and Redding) making a huge impact.
I'm biased by Grigson is an easy pick IMO. The worst team in football a year ago is playoff bound and the future is looking great.
