I think this suspension is a bit too much from the IIHF, yes it was late and unneccessary, but the hit itself was clean, Petterson was admiring his pass and didn't keep his head up, I would be okay with 1 or 2 games, but 3 seems a bit overboard.

What do you guys think?
think about the bolded part. LATE and UNNECCESSARY!!! ergo, you get suspended. Also, based upon some of the comments, I do not think some posters have paid attention to previous suspensions handed out by this governing body. It is on par and was earned
