Not yet, but his mistakes are fixable. The things that can't be taught (size, quickness) are good or at least acceptable, but he needs to work to adjust to real hockey. Let's keep in mind that he spent his life playing low-level hockey. He didn't go to Miami-Ohio, Minnie or Michigan. He went to Alabama and was surrounded by similar squads. The last two years, he was a backup in Hartford, so the team played with more urgency in front of him. He's shown huge progress in the last 2 years. And he's a goalie, they develop later, so he still has a couple of years more to keep improving.
By the time Biron's contract ends, Talbot may be a legitimate option.
