In terms of OHL guys...
I don't think I'd have De Angelo as a first rounder at this point. His development this year has been a tad disappointing. He's also "apparently" not happy in Sarnia.
The OHL actually has a VERY strong group of late 95's available. You hit on some of them (Ritchie, De Angelo), but it seems like Brandon Robinson, Nikolai Goldobin, Matthew Mistele, and Devin Williams all have great shots of going inside the top 60.
And for the 96's, Spencer Watson, and Brandon Prophet are the two strongest left off your list. Watson, in particular, has been quite incredible this season.
