Claiming he'll score 40 goals is laughable. He wouldn't come anywhere close to scoring 40 goals, regardless of who his center was. Franzen, who is currently a better point producer than Cammelleri, has never gotten 40 goals on Datsyuk's wing.

The only recent players who have gotten 40 goals playing with Datsyuk are Hossa and Zetterberg, and Cammalleri isn't even close to being in the same realm as either of them.
Cammalleri WILL be a top line producer and he will do it for the Flames. Next full season I say him and Iginla both get 30+ and battle all year for the team lead. If the Red Wings want a Dman how about help correcting one of the biggest mistakes Flames management has ever made. Letting Cammalleri go and giving his money to Bouwmeester. We are half way to correcting the mistake.
