I think they would be medal contenders. If they could keep all their players, anyway, even the WJC-selected ones. You can drop their overagers, though, that won't hurt much. Chemistry, familiarity, coaching all play a big enough role that I think a top CHL team could take the WJC gold. Just my guess, though. I guess we would have to play the games and see.
