just wanted clarification if the waived player gets sent to the 'A' needs to go through waivers on a recall or if it only means that a team doesn't have to pick up 1/2 of the salary on a player that was picked off the waiver wire when recalled. It also sounds as they did something with the issue of burying contracts.

I like the idea of a weighed draft lottery for all non-playoff teams.
