This comment doesn't even deserve to be answered.
Two guys will get picked in 1st round- Barkov and Ristolainen. Ristolainen probably gained a few points with the scouts thanks to this tournament, but Barkov didn't mess it up nearly as bad as you make it sound.
This tournament doesn't make or break anyone's career.
