Arms (bis, tris)
Deadlift (posterior chain heavy)

Core/forearms/calves are mixed in to days when I feel like it


Squat day is something like:

Jefferson squat
Squat
BB Lunge
SLDL (not quad)
Extensions
Leg Press


Deads day is something like:
Jefferson squat
DL
Curls
Kickbacks
DB lunges
