but the 07-08 team, the team that burke took over and you feel was the sorriest excuse for an nhl team ever, was actually better than the most recent 11-12 teams under burke.
there's been no improvement under burke from the team he inhereted. in his 4 seasons since 07-08, 3 of those finished with less points, and one had just 2 points more than the sorriest team ever assembled.
