In fact, it even potentially casts some doubt on the strategy. A disclaimer of interest means the union has chosen to no longer represent its members. Decertification does require a vote of the membership and means the members no longer wish to be represented by the union.
I see, thanks. I thought it was today or nothing. Obviously if they are still negotiating tomorrow, todays date meant nothing. Why have it then?
