The players are seeking a 66 million cap for next season. The NHL has not budged from 60 million. Still remains an issue.
So $67M goes down by $1M. Or 2 - depending on who you prefer to believe.
$64M sounds about right...
One of the many remaining issues between the two sides starts with the proposed $60 million salary cap ceiling in the second year of the CBA. The players are looking to raise that number up a bit in the range of
