He's right though. Encarnacion has shown solid potential at 1st. Lawrie shows a ton of potential defensively at 3rd (and is already very good). Reyes is a good defender even if he can make mistakes from time to time. Izturis is a solid defender. Bonifacio isn't great, but has enough athleticism to be good enough.
