Sickness = Meds or rest depending what type of sickness.
Alcohol = Stop drinking
Oversleeping = Go to sleep at a decent time, sleep 8 hours and wake up with an alarm.

Eat a healthy meal at that time (I like oatmeal or eggs in the morning to give me some energy) along with coffee and I'm ready for the day.
