Bro..that is baloney. Get your ass straight to the gym and start lifting every day. I was in your same situation not long ago and forced myself to go every day. Yes, I was embarrassed that some females were lifting more weight than I was, but now I'm the talk of the gym. If you don't wake up so sore you can barely get out of bed for the first month or so, you're doing it wrong.
