We're calling him a franchise goalie now?

After a microscopic sample size in an inferior league, in the most fickle position in hockey, a guy who has never had more than 26 wins in the NHL, whose career SV% is .915... everyone is confident in anointing him a franchise goalie for years to come?

I'm not saying he won't be one, but there are soooo many examples of goalies throughout the years that have shown what he's shown (and more) who fizzled out and couldn't be consistent. Goaltender is a very up and down position, can we at least see that he is capable at the NHL level before saying he'll be a franchise goalie?
