Streit in not even 1 season old in the NHL, but seeing what he does on the swiss powerplay I can say:

1) He got a very good shot for his size.
2) Hes mobile, good vision.

Streit did increasingly better from game 1 to game 82, and I think he will get even better next year.

Sourray real value is in the leadership, he always make the same error 1v1, playing the puck. Where he is in his career he will only decline in value and effiency. So yes he is very expandable. Replace him with:

a) Get a real shutdown D like Jay Mckee for 2-3 years.(While Emelin-Komi fully developt)
b) Get a better transition guy like Ed Jov(but hes dangerous injury wise), Redden too costly, but it depends on what happen upfront, Kubina is maybe at the good price point.
