Moore's borderline useless?

I'm actually still wondering how a guy who doesn't score many goals on the fourth line, played with the likes of Ortmeyer, Hollweg and Orr who score even less goals, and still ends the season a +4. While I agree that his faceoffs leave a lot to be desired, I don't know if you can ask for much more from a fourth line player. Basically, he gave the team honest shifts and centered a fourth line that did what fourth lines do - play a puck possession game while being a plus player; playing strong defensively and resting the top lines. Further, he was a smart penalty killer. Ideally, he's a winger, and if you had a Laroque, you can conceivably have a line that's Moore-Betts-Laroque. But of course there's competition for that position, and others.
