Jones presence is also going to be big enough on the back end to be more important than the physical game Nurse has, depending on the NHL rules staying the same and not changing.

I agree Jones' poise is likely unparalleled among defenceman, Offensive potential there is a few defenceman who have arguably a higher offensive upside. I'm not entirely sure Jones is a better skater than Nurse though, it's close.
