YouTube inline hockey skating tutorials.
I was 24 and decided to start with roller because my brother in law played. Now I'm on ice and it's been a blast..those YouTube videos helped a ton. Especially the shooting ones, I would go to the outdoor rink by myself for hours trying to lift my wrist shot, now it's not a problem...but it all started with a willingness to learn and taking the extra time to practice.
