I know they did them with more than just hockey, but I have always associated the Bud Ice penguins ads with hockey. They did play the idea out a bit too long, but they were solid to begin with and pretty funny.
They were a major sponsor so it ran a lot during hockey games and they had some NHL ads worked in as you can see.
