If the Coyotes need to move this year, i doubt they will go to Seattle cause they dont have an NHL ready arena yet. They have to build one. I believe Seattle and Toronto 2 would get an expansion, just to leave them time to build their arena. Quebec already has started construction on the new arena and the Colisée can be the temporary home.
