A little worrisome to say the very least

To me that's some great balance with picks from all over. 10 from the Q or almost 30%, 5 from the OHL and 4 from Russia make up the bulk of our picks. What more can the team do? Draft more guys from the Q, is 30% not enough? Some years the Q is stronger other years it's not. This year seems like a decent year, not as strong as last year but still I would think a decent number of guys from the Q will get drafted next weekend.
What's not normal about making mistakes? It happens to every team every year and it happens 29 times per mistake. Why is it any different cause they played in the Q. Also the examples of Gagne and Bergeron aren't the best examples since we had Dorion scouting the Q at the time. I know he was the Q scout up to '02 draft but I'm not 100% when he got fired, but I thought it was after the '03 draft, could be wrong though.
Of the 10 Q , i think that 4 were playing with the same team ,and Savard saw them because they played in Montreal ( once in a while i think , but not sure ).Am i right ?
And the others are not late picks , kind of guess you take (
to satisfied the french medias about french players drafted )
