4th line role for the Rangers but the majority of the season would be in the AHL playing a 3rd or 4th line role there so that he can be somewhat of a teacher to show how hard one must work to get to the NHL.

While he may have limited skills, he works very hard and having guys like that around the younger guys in the system can only benefit them.
Can't really have a two-way contract. Too many games in the NHL and he would be exposed to waivers when sent down to the AHL. We don't need space taken up in Hartford. Having a vet block a spot in New York is bad enough, in Hartford is just stealing more time from prospects.
