One thing I will give them credit for is that they aren't huge homers. In fact, usually tending to the opposite, particularly on L'antichambre. (I do actually really love Pierre Houde's commentary though.)

The most annoying thing is their hard on for any Francophones on the other team. Man, I like our homeboys too, but not when they play for the pens, bruins or flyers!
The best is when Lavoie asks a question in english and it comes out completely rude and innappropriate.

"So, Chris Higgins, you are having a terrible season and nothing seems to be working for you, why is that?"

"Uhh...Well, I don't know if I would say terrible...but..."


"So Kirk, the powerplay is really bad. Why do you think that is?"

"Ahh, jeez, I wouldn't say it's really bad..."
