A position of strength to a position of weakness. Value may be slightly off for every single team, but it's roughly what I expect to happen.

Florida gets Read; a young up and coming player with consistent 50pt 2nd line potential, and Luongo. This helps solidify a weak offensive team and boosts their goaltending tremendously.

Philadelphia gets a potential #2 dmen to replace an aging Timonen, by giving up from a position of strength.

Vancouver gets a strong, young, play making RW.

Edit: You're right, that may be a little steep. Switch Read to Eric Wellwood and that makes more sense.
